At Ground Up, we take great pride in the quality of our small-batch nut butters and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Your Order

  Inspect your package upon arrival to ensure all jars are sealed and no damage occurred during transit.

  Contact Support

  If there is an issue, email our team at hello@groundup.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question.

  Verification

  Our team will review your request within 2 business days to verify the damage or error and approve a resolution.

• 4.
  Replacement or Refund

  Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement jar immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
